Decorating your office shouldn’t be a headache. That is until you start to think of the mess, the disruption and the inconvenience it will cause to the day to day running of your business. You are already busy enough, without the added headache of having to plan and organise the decoration of your workplace.
Here are some of the ways we can help………..
Don’t Worry, We Can Help.
We are very adaptable and can schedule redecoration work to allow your business to function as normal. High traffic areas that would be impossible to close could be scheduled for weekends or other periods that your business is quiet. We use dustless sanding to avoid mess and the creation of airborne dust. Areas would be painted using quick drying, water based paints, these are kinder to the environment and minimise downtime. To further minimise disruption work areas are protected using lightweight polythene and dust sheets, this means most furniture can remain in place unless it is against a wall, in which case it will only need to be moved a little.
Planning the Project.
There are a few things you’ll need to consider at the planning stage before you start painting and decorating your workplace and we can help you through these.
- First, you’ll need to choose the right colours. The colours you choose can have a big impact on the mood and atmosphere of your office or workplace. Painting with colours that reflect your branding can promote your corporate identity.
- You’ll also need to decide on the type of paint you want to use. There are many different types of paint available, each with its own advantages and disadvantages.
- Budget constraints, what areas of your premises will you decorate to get the best value for money from your budget. Decoration of client facing areas such as reception, meeting areas or conference rooms always creates a good first impression for your clients and visitors. Prioritize high circulation areas, the parts of your work place most people see over less used areas to maximise the return from your spend.
- Scheduling, how to avoid disruption to your core day to day business activities. We can work around any specific requirements that your business may have.
The Benefits of Painting Your Office
- Increased productivity: Studies have shown that people are more productive in a clean and well-organized environment. A fresh coat of paint can help to create a more inviting and stimulating workspace, which can lead to increased productivity.
- Improved morale: A new paint job can also help to improve employee morale. When people feel good about their surroundings, they’re more likely to be happy and engaged at work. This can lead to a more positive work environment.
- Enhanced customer perception: When customers walk into your office, they’ll be forming an opinion about your company within the first few seconds. A fresh coat of paint can help to create a positive first impression, which can lead to more sales and repeat business.
